CUSTOMER REVIEWS about global roofing

I had the pleasure of working with Mike and Global Roofing after a severe wind storm. Mike was very easy to work with and I appreciated his expertise and experience in helping me get my roof replaced. He was always punctual, very responsive to any questions and support I needed and was an excellent advocate for me in working with my insurance agency. I always felt confident in the decisions I made while working with Mike. When his crew did the actual work and replaced my roof, I was impressed with their courtesy and the attention to detail they had in keeping my lawn and surrounding areas clear of debris from the old roof. All in all it was a great experience and I’d work with them again if the need arises.

After being told by one roofing inspector that our roof was fine, Mike looked at it and said it was ‘totaled’. Mike met with another inspector and showed him damage to the roof, siding and gutters. He worked closely with our insurance company to ensure their requirements were met for documentation and payment. He set realistic timeframes on when the work would be stated and provided references on prior jobs his company had done around our neighborhood. The crew he had was professional and the area was clean when they left. I highly recommend Mike’s company if you need a roofer.

Mike Egan is an outstanding young man and I have been pleased with his professional approach. He has work on our house twice over the past 10 years and I have been totally satisfied. All work was done in a timely manor and his crews were great to not only get the job done, but they kept the worksite very clean. I would hire Mike again and would and have recommended him and his company to all my neighbors.
